Sport Club! Make us Healthy, Make us Smart!

Do you follow an extracurricular activities at your school? Are you a member of Organization of Intra-School Students management? It's excellent if you following it both.

According to Wikipedia.org, extracurricular activities are activities performed by students that fall outside the realm of the normal curriculum of school or university education. Extracurricular activities exist at all levels of education, from 4th-6th, junior school/high school, college, and university education.

Such activities are generally voluntary as opposed to mandatory, non-paying, social, philantropic as opposed to scholastic, and often involve others of the same age. Students often organize and direct these activities under faculty sponsorship, although student-led initiatives, such as independent newspapers, are common.

Extracurricular activities itself could like the events of arts, sports, personality development, and other activities to meaning on the positively progressive from the students themselves.

In Indonesia, extracurricular activities are based on the Decree of the Minister of Education No. 0461/U/1964 and Decree of Director General (Primary and Secondary) Dikdasmen No. 226/C/Kep/O/1992. Stated that extracurricular is one of the pathway for the students, besides Organization of Intra-School Students, Leader Training and Environmental Insight.
Example of sport extracurriculars are:
 Basket ball
 Volley ball
 Soccer
 Badminton
 Swimming

Some school added their sport extracurricular with Rock climbing, Gymnastic, Parkour, Free Running, etc.

Sport clubs activities at schools mostly focused on practice, not in theory. Therefore, a sport club have many agenda's activities performed, which the members of the club activities by exercising together, whether it will be a championship or not. It just a routine exercise only or to adding skill. Sport activities definitely requires a lot of energy, which means a lot of movement by the muscles too, and muscle get the energy from respiration or breathing.

It makes the circulation of oxygen in the brain becomes more smoothly and will make our brain easier to catch material from the teacher, and make our memory better. Moreover, the right side of the brain associated with motoric nerves and kinesthetic ability to balance the development from the left side of our brain. Thus, the two parts of our brain become balanced and more optimal.
So, being a member of a sport club, we could achieving our skill, we could get a healthy lifestyle by following it. We could make our body looks great, great muscles, an ideal body shape, etc. You can’t being sick easily because you have a great immune in your body.
