On his first book who printed in Juny 2011, is like another book who was printed, telling Ikal's and his father experiences in Belitong, but on this book, Andrea very accentuate his father figure that in fact he is a great football player when he was a young man. This story begin when little Ikal found an old picture at an older photo album. He asked who is the one who wear a football uniform that hold a trophy on his hand to her mother, but Ikal's mother won't to answer this question. Ikal's searching take him to found the prior times of his father, when his father being a left winger player and has a (left kick?) like a lightning, but his career on football were destroyed when the Netherlands crush his left knee when his father's team won Distric Beheerder Trophy. That is the same story who burn Ikal's spirit being a PSSI's player, with weird methods and practices from Coach Toharun, Ikal try to being a PSSI's player, and fighting to get the last Real Madrid jersey with Luis Figo's signature for 250 Euro for his beloved father.
On this book Andrea Hirata specialy appending photos who will take the reader to diving the plot, for the curious toward Andrea's father you can see him on it. Besides that, this book accompanied with a song compact disc who has a title 'Indonesia Aku Datang' which a creation from Andrea Hirata's self!
